You can help us address your message quickly by providing the following information with your report:
- Please send along a copy of the contents of the window. There is a button at the bottom of the window which lets you save the contents into a file that you can attach to your email,
- describe the problem you are seeing (like, "when I do A, the result is B but I was expecting C"),
- if necessary, send along the last part of the upCast log file, starting at the last "APPLICATION LAUNCH" entry before the end of the file, and
- MOST IMPORTANTLY: include a copy of the document you are having trouble with! We guarantee confidentiality within our company (we cannot guarantee that for the email transfer itself from you to us). However, you are free to strip or replace confidential portions with garbage text before submitting it. (Of course only to the extent that the error still happens.)
