• Add support for Saxon 6.5 as XSLT processor, which is often used for DocBook XSLTs processing

• Updated upCast manual.
• The license format has changed. If you are using already a valid upCast 7 license, please contact us at support @ infinity-loop.de and request a new license.

Fixes

• [UPL] NPE in fs-delete() when the specified folder did not exist
• Error messages accumulated over several runs of a pipeline
• Error dialog only shows when pipeline was terminated prematurely, but not on FATAL or ERROR messages as expected and documented
• [RTF Importer] Indexentries in paragraphs of table cells created a single-row-single-cell table in the definition
• [UTP] When no map is specified and encoding is UTF-8, character references were written nevertheless.
