upCast RT 7.1 Build 1341 (RC2)

New Features

• License viewer capability added: double-clicking an *.uclicense file on Mac OS X with installed, packaged upCast app now launches (if necessary) and opens the respective license in a viewer window. This allows quick checking of license contents.
