^[ANT] setting catalog in Ant task was not picked up by running pipeline (ant-runner task)
^[RTFI] generated gentext numbering plain text content is wrong for styles "lower|upper-alpha", "lower|upper-latin" and "chicago" in that one number character too little is displayed, and that was offset by 1.
